Verified Reviewer |Retraction of my prior complaint
I had written (unintentionally) on PissedCustomer.com, as I had just been looking for a customer service phone number for this company, as my order was very unduly delayed. Turns out, this company that I have liked and appreciated for five years, was indeed having deep problems with their fulfillment center.
I and other customers, received a quite classy heartfelt letter with huge accountability from the president and CEO. I do like to support small business with superior products, and I had felt badly that I called poor attention to them. They first minused my shipping costs, and promised me my planner was coming. Then, I received the letter and they offered to pay for half the cost of the item (and still send it) or entirely, and I thought to myself that I wouldn't dare, and I hoped others wouldn't either.
The letter was so classy and heartfelt, and I felt for the company. I would use them again, as I have for five years. I hope others do not penalize them for a problem that they could not have imagined or controlled.
Again, I am sorry for my part in having spoken negatively and I wish the company only well. Thank you for my planner.

I wish to completely amend and reverse my original complaint. The company took full ownership, and wrote an extremely classy letter explaining what happened with their delivery fulfillment partner.
They are a small business, and they rely on this season for their entire business. They took off my shipping charges and offered me (and everyone) half off or the entire product for free. I did not respond to this because I want the company to succeed.
We need to support small businesses with good ethic, who take responsibility, even when the fault was not their own.
Please forgive that I tried to publish this weeks ago, and somehow the site did not let me complete. Perhaps today will be different.

I havent gotten my order that I placed 30 days ago. Customer service has not responded since I reached out three days ago.
The message my that they are provided ding that its normal for the tracking number to show no updates is simply a lie, and I dont appreciate being treated like I dont understand how a tracking number works. Its bad enough that they are not delivering, they are also not taking any accountability. This problem appears to happen all the time based on the other reviews online.
Im done supporting this business. They are not conducting business in a professional or courteous way.

Received partial order with Passion Planner website saying order was all fulfilled! Package tracking app (shopapp.com) had no information on remainder of the order or even my contact info, although it stated the order was complete.
Unable to contact Customer service via website, text or phone message (mailbox full). Sent supporting paperwork (delivery invoice and website screenshots of fulfilled order) - but absolute silence on Passion Planner end!
Would like the remainder of the order fulfilled - but cannot reach any human (only forms).
Superbly disappointed in this company that promotes integrity (to which their demonstration is lacking)

Dear Passion Planner, I wasn't the least bit "pissed" when I contacted you yesterday. As a loyal five year user, I was sure that someone would resolve the situation and get back to me.
I did not understand that I was forwarding the letter through a 'pissed' site, but my intention was contact and resolution. That was my expected and intended outcome. NOW I am pissed and enraged! This is my second good faith attempt and I would like actual resolve.
You suggested I look at FAQ's and try to get help from your help center.
Do you think if that were possible I would be seeking additional help? Your customer service phone number is full, and your site doesn't recognize me and won't let me in. I would like for you to call me and resolve this. And I need my new planner.
Can the Pissed Folks help me forward this letter as they did last night? I cannot even find that page again. Please help me resolve this with an in-person call or contact.
